About Again & Again:

Again & Again, Dallas’ favorite vintage furniture store is 14,000 square feet of FABULOUSNESS filled to the celing with high-style, high-quality pieces. Vintage loving clients can buy furniture as-is or use the Again & Again design experts to re-fashion with paint, upholstery, and tons of creativity for a fabulous custom piece. Again & Again’s selection of one-of-a-kind pieces run the gamut from Mid-Century Modern to Hollywood Regency, pieces with classic lines and those with flair. For customers who have a look in mind, but cannot find it, Again & Again makes custom furniture of the finest quality.

As fashion lovers, we all need to translate that aesthetic from our backs to our homes and this is the place to start! I suggest everyone goes just to meet my lovely, Leslie, the genius behind the operation. One visit and you will be hooked! Remember the insane decor from Jane at Sea of Shoes?? missing shots

Ash Bea Wedges + Nasty Gal Leopard Cardigan = school uniform. New Linea Pelle Vintage Belt. Not actually so neon-ish but equally as eye-catching.  Studded covers – check out Shop 12:2

A massive update of the shots that slipped away. You may have witnessed most of these via Instagram - @kaitlyntru

(Chaser cutoff Bowie shirt via Chrome, GoodNight Macaroon Shorts,  Aldo Wedges, Forever 21, Vintage & JewelMint Jewelry)

A pre-gaming peek. Possibly the first appearance of the Bowie cutoff tee, which is my most favorite – slept in every night – item. Plus it just generally makes you want to dance & act ridiculous, very similar to this:

flared legs

(Forever 21 sweater & trousers, House of Harlow Necklace, Jewel Mint Friendship Bracelets & Forever 21 bracelets, H&M Sunglasses, Dolce Vita Harness Boots)

Hadn’t posted a legit outfit in a while… Flared trousers to pick up the slack. Stared at these for months & finally found their fitting premier. Indoor loft shots & mostly to  reveal our new couch. In love. I have the greatest parents to ever live. This heap of a gift serves as the greatest of hosts to read Vogue Paris while also practicing with my French Tutor app. So productive while on breaks but finally have to get back to school. Me multitasking and reading finance right now paints the ugliest picture.

headresses – magazines II

(DIY headdress, Nasty Gal Dress, Alexander Wang Boots)

Final product. Really fun doing something different & so glad it came up for work. Finally finding use for the Wang boots without crippling myself is also a plus.

Played around with some shots the other day for actual reasons, swear. This will play as a preview of the masses.

C MODE Style

Pretty obvious how fond I am of Caroline Blomst from Carolines Mode. Peeked at her closet via C MODE: Most comely of magazine apps on my iPad.

PS – Caroline, if you see this, you should make me apart of your team! :)

cold & wet November dawn

young pilgrims/shins

(Style Mint Hudson Top, Zara Metal Piece belt, BDG jeans, H&M boots)

Office day - where all this typing is done. It’s a bit more realistic look at my life but also, a fair excuse to escape the awful awful weather that was outside.

Lately I’ve been doing the front tuck – down low. (As in jeans tucked in the front of boots but chilling in the back.) It’s mostly a mimic of the front tuck that is going on up stairs; just the draping appeal now rests on your feet. Maybe I just really wish all shoes had capes like Wang’s genius babies. Maybe I just need something to do with the excess length on allll my skinny jeans. Maybe you should try? I make this sound like such a ground breaking discovery? But on the real, it will work really really well with THESE that I want so badly.

Results of today’s interior therapy. Hue by Kelly Wearstler & then some shots of Aerin Lauder’s lodge in Aspen from this month’s Vogue.

Where Am I?
